CURB APPEAL

April Staging Tip

Take a step back and look at your house as if you were seeing it for the very first time. Remember 'MAKE YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION COUNT'. Depending on what season it is that you are selling your house you want to perhaps have pots of colourful and attractive flowers to welcome buyers. No matter what season, a clean and inviting door mat, new door handles and/or knockers, a freshly painted door (my pick is black) will be sure to welcome buyers and give them that great FIRST IMPRESSION. If you live in a condo - make sure your balcony or terrace has that same appeal.
